Membership Installment Payment Plan
- Installment Plan only applies to $300 Polar Bear, $500 Kodiak Bear and $1,000 Grizzly Bear membership levels
- Members wanting to pay the membership dues via installment would have to request a (Membership Installment Payment Request Form)
- Members would select the installment option they want and sign/date the form and return it along with the initial payment to the club
- Upon receiving the request form and payment, the Membership Committee Chairperson will review the request form and check the Accepted By box and sign it and return to the member
- Mail Membership Installment Payment Request Form and check to:

Note: Members will not be able to make installments payments on our website; they will have to pay via CashApp, Check, Money Order or Cash directly to the club. In the event payments are missed, your membership will be suspended.
