Greetings Club Members:
It is my hope that this message finds you healthy and safe during this time. The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has thrust our lives into unknown territory. This has been a frightening time and many of our families and friends have faced both health and/or economic impacts.
The time is quickly approaching to renew your membership for the upcoming academic year (July 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021). As you may or may not be aware, membership is our greatest fundraiser for helping Shaw Athletics and providing scholarships for athletes. In order to continue making a difference in the lives of Shaw athletes, we need your continued support. If you are not currently facing a hardship in these tough times, please continue your membership in the Shaw Bears Booster Club.
Your help is needed now more than ever! Because of the impact Covid-19 has had on the African American communities, we believe the need for our athletes will be great. The last thing any of us want to happen is for one of our athletes to be unable to return to school or leave school because they do not have the funds.
Please do not delay, renew your membership and continue to support Shaw U Athletics.
